1. Who we are

The HRC Ambassadors Club portal (“the Portal”) is operated by Hjelte Racing. Questions about this policy can be directed to hjelte@hjelteracing.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect and store the following personal data:

• Your email address (used for login and optional notifications)
• Your display name and handle (set during onboarding)
• Your country (optional, set in account settings)
• Activity data: login dates, points, comments, cheers, and race predictions

3. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to operate the Portal — authentication, displaying your profile on the leaderboard, tracking points and badges, and sending optional notifications. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling purposes.

4. Third-party services

The Portal relies on the following third-party processors, each operating under their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Your email address and profile data are stored here. supabase.com/privacy
• Resend — transactional email delivery. Resend processes your email address in order to deliver magic-link login emails. resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Vercel — hosting and edge delivery of the Portal. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

5. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting hjelte@hjelteracing.com. Deletion will be completed within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Under applicable privacy law (including GDPR where applicable) you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact hjelte@hjelteracing.com.
